Last weekend our Fitness Director Andy and friend Stu took part in the Hyrox event in Manchester. They absolutely loved the event and so did LOTS of other people too!
Its great to spread awareness about these amazing events to get more and more people involved in the health and fitness culture that we are striving to develop.
So what is Hyrox?
Hyrox is a fitness event that challenges participants in various physical activities and tests their endurance and strength.

Is it for you?

However, it's important to note that Hyrox events can be physically demanding and require a certain level of fitness, so participants should be in good health and capable of participating in high-intensity physical activities.
You don't have to be affiliated to a gym either which is really cool.
